Training Tourniquet

This Training Tourniquest: Rotation Compression Tourniquet (RCT) is a replica of the Combat Application Tourniquet and should NOT be used to occlude blood flow in an injured casualty.

It should ONLY be used as a training aid when performing self-aid or buddy-aid drills in a training scenario.
